For some users of the Microsoft Windows VPN client might be experiencing problems when trying to connect to their VPN appliance, you can get an error message that says:

This error might be related to the “Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5008876 & KB5009543) released around January 11, 2022.

After talking to the tech support provider, he said that more people were experiencing problems of the same nature and that might be related to a Windows Update.
I decided to un install all the updates in the last day or two and I found out that there are two updates that are causing the problem: KB5008876 and KB5009543, I had to disable one in one computer and then the other one in a second computer, in your case try both if one or other does not resolve the problem.
How to fix the problem? Just uninstall the KB’s and reboot the computer.

Until today ZYXEL has no responded with a comment or the release of a patch about this Microsoft Update.
